Me and my partner went to C Nails .I having Lovely Pedicure and my partner having Pedicure and Acrylic with both gel colours . We always Happy and go against. Many Thanks We highly recommended
I will not go back to this rude woman. Her English is not good at all, she got angry in her own language when I told her to change the colour, she charged me full price for my young daughter pedicure and she only spent 10 mins max and I told her just to paint her nails not special exfoliating needed as she is too young to have any scrapping on her young feet. I also told her to paint my toe nails and use her design to draw a heart or add one fine line of glitter BUT she didn't wanna do it due to rushing me as other clients coming in without appointment and you can clearly see she wasn’t interested on finishing my pedicure properly as she wanted to rush me and next customer. I told her not to use the same scrapping tools on my feet as for everyone else because people do suffer from different issues with their feet. I can see she doesn’t change or disinfect the tools from client to client!!! She uses same for everyone . Shame, as she needs to make money and customersView
Absolutely terrible. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Rude staff. Nails are bulky not the right colour, even though I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted. Felt so uncomfortable as they was clearly talking about me because I asked them nicely if they would change the colour of the nail as it was lighter then what I wanted.
Me and my mom come here every 4 weeks since Nov and it’s amazing. We never wait, quick, efficient and friendly. They do an amazing job.
Never ignore reviews! I have been coming to this nail place for about 3yrs on and off only because it’s convenient for when I have my child with me, and they do walk ins never anyone in there (Now I understand why). I’m NEVER a huge fan of my nails when I come out but I just deal with it, pay and leave. This time they were horrible, not matched up, thick nail polish and design wasn’t straight, I told the man as the lady who did them went to the back of the shop I then told the man I wanted them filed more the man said “well you should have said before cos she’s gone on her lunch” I waited, she then came back, filed them more aggressively, tried to fix it but her attitude stank. They then said it was £27, I went to the cash point and only got out £20! I told the man I weren’t happy with the service and showed him my nails, his attitude was horrible “well if you don’t like you don’t come back” “don’t come back again” “we don’t want you back”. “Don’t come back” horrible attitude obviously I then replied back with “I’ll never be returning”. Tbh they were lucky I even returned and gave £20, I should have just gave £7.
I went to a another salon yesterday and they made me very upset with what they did it was terrible, immediately after I came to this salon and Carol rescued the day and did a wonderful gel pedicure and put a smile back on my face, she did a splendid job very approachable and kind hearted and did exactly what I asked for, and the fact I just walked in with no warning and she welcomed me in and did a beautiful job I can't thank her enough ill definitely be back! Thank you Carol xx
So efficient and quick, don’t look at other reviews, here is so affordable, I paid only £20 for removal of previous gel on my tow nails and new gel application, she was so quick as well. It’s an efficient service For the money you pay . They also offer me hot or cold drink. I recommend this place.
Went there to chill, as it has been really stressful couple of weeks. Left in tears. Lost 30(!!!) quid. Been sweared at for showing my dissatisfaction half way though the service (obviously not in English) nothing was done to correct the errors by this Very rude lady, who also had a cold. As soon as I told her I’m Not happy, she deliberately started to cough even more. Not to mention I’m pregnant, shouldn’t be stressing by or be exposed to situations like that… just stay away from this place. This has been the worst EVER experience for me. Wouldn’t give one star, but it’s impossible to leave a review without it…
