I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and substandard service I received. The solicitor took on my case to address the issue of inadmissibility for a 20-year-old but demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. Just an hour before going on holiday, she called me to provide instructions. Her voice was unclear and cracking during the call, making it difficult to understand her, and she ended the conversation in just 10 minutes. She provided no substantial advice, and as a result, my application was refused. Despite paying £3,000 for her services, I essentially did all the preparation myself, including drafting the application, completing forms, and organizing the necessary documents. This was a complete waste of my time and money, leaving me with nothing but a refusal. highly not recommend to any one. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Emily and this firm. I paid £3,000 for assistance with a B1/B2 visa related to an inadmissibility issue from 20 years ago. She advised me to proceed through the consular embassy route but failed to provide me with the proper guidance and preparation I expected. At the beginning, Emily Johnson promised she would train me on how to present myself and how to answer questions during the U.S. Embassy interview. However, on the day, just 30 minutes before she went on a long annual holiday, she called me for only 10 minutes. The call quality was very poor, with constant crackling, and despite me explaining that I could not hear her properly, she made no effort to reschedule or provide proper preparation. As a result, my visa was rejected. Even though Emily was aware of this and knew I was dissatisfied with her service, she neither offered any courtesy assistance nor extended an apology. Her handling of my case was unprofessional and careless. In my experience, this firm did not deliver on its promises, wasted my money, and cost me valuable opportunities. I strongly advise others not to waste their time, money, or hopes with this firm.

I've just received my E-2 investor visa amid a pandemic. The process took a lot longer than expected, for reasons beyond our control.
