   I visited Ashi Therapies for severe back pain and the experience was incredible from start to finish. I’ve tried different treatments before, but the acupuncture here made a noticeable difference straight away. The therapist took the time to understand exactly where the pain was coming from and tailored the session perfectly. The whole environment was calming, professional and clean, and I left feeling lighter, looser and genuinely relieved. I can’t recommend Ashi Therapies highly enough — amazing service and results. I’ll definitely be returning. ⸻ If you want it shorter, longer, or more enthusiastic, I can adjust it.

   I recently had some acupuncture at Ashi Therapies for an ongoing ankle problem which I'd had surgery on that left me with chronic permanent nerve damage and a recently torn bicep tendon. I'd never had acupuncture before and was pleasantly surprised with the results. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease and Michelle was amazing from start to finish. That night I had a wonderful nights sleep (I normally toss & turn all night with the menopause but that's another story). When I got up the next morning I wasn't hobbling around for 30 minutes before mobilising myself and found the nerve pain in my ankle had subdued a great deal. I would highly recommend and I will be booking myself in with her again very soon.
