    There was a lot of small talk which didn't contribute to the issue, like what my hobbies are, information about my diagnosis (I explained I had already been told about it, but it was given to me anyway), sleep hygiene and schedules (I don't have issues sleeping), how other people aren't attending sessions, etc. Only about 5 or 10 minutes of the hour session was spent on my actual reason for coming! It just felt unfulfilling, particularly after being passed around for so long.

    I wish I could give 0 stars, no support at all for the most valuable individuals, they don’t care about individuals needs and they write whatsoever they want in their reports lies. Youth with mental health issues are affected by this people looking only for their personal professional development not acting for the best interests of the service users suffering and struggling to live life with dignity. Families are feeling left in between the lies and no support parents are really trying to do anything to help their children but facing a wall of CAHMS. ADVANCED SOLUTIONS IS NOT A THERAPY FOR CHILDREN IS PARENTS GROUP. They did have play groups for children but not suitable for all. Children’s conditions are diverse. Very disappointing a lot of referrals made to them for almost a decade now still got nothing.

    I am not surprised the reviews are so sad. You had 1 job to do which all doctors have - not to harm and failed. I have raised an official complaint with NHS re: data breach and a mix up of all facts. After a session with you the well-being of the whole family unit decreased.

    Basically, shrugged my Son off for support with his mental health because he has an Autism diagnosis prior to referral. Told us to get in touch with Addvanced solutions, who were lovely, but they are more about supporting and teaching the parent about Autism etc...no actual support for my Son for his mental health. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply back to my calls or voicemails. Disgusting! If anything happens to my Son as a result of this negligence and stigma (FYI, you can have Autism and still be suffering from varying mental health issues) then I will be seeking legal advice. It's cruel parents are trying to help our children to be met with contempt and disdain from the professionals that should be helping them!

    I waited a long time for an appointment. I was so desperate for help and support. When I eventually got an appointment the therapist spent half of my hour session talking about being a red cross worker and how much she loved it! Felt totally let down. Just felt like they were winging it half the time. You can get more information looking on Google! I got absolutely nothing out of the sessions. Feel so sorry for our young people with mental health issues, if this is the only help that's out there for them.They need a review desperately.
