Just got my new glasses from Specsavers Runcorn today, I’m very happy with them. They were dispensed by Chris Graham, he did a fantastic job of making sure that they fit me well and are comfortable for me to wear everyday. Never had a problem, been going to Specsavers Runcorn for 20 years, very pleased and brilliant service
My son is yet to have his actual eye test back at specsavers, he had his first one here but has been under the hospital since due to his age. Each time he gets a new prescription and we have to go back to specsavers for new glasses, you never have to wait long to be seen. There is always someone around to help if you need it and they’re always so kind and patient, especially with children.
Very polite and professional staff. Explained every step of the test and also listened to my difficulty with my eyes. Prescription ready 7 days later at a great price for two pairs plus a bonus voucher for a pair of sunglasses! Very happy customer.
We arrived slightly late, but the staff were very accommodating. My daughter is on the Autism pathway, but was treated very well - all staff were very patient with her, made her comfortable, and explained each step of the process clearly. Choosing a pair of glasses was easy, as was the whole process from start-to-finish.
I had my Annual Eye Test as part of my Professional Boxing License renewal at this branch again. I've been going there for several years now, so I have good rapport with the staff & everything was handled quickly, efficiently & professionally. So I'm a very satisfied customer.
This is my second pair of verifocals from specsavers and I love them. The staff are so helpful and professional wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The way the employees treated a refugee was very nice. The frame of glasses is very nice. but I did not like the lens or glass of the glasses. because the shadows of all the lights appear on the glass and it disturbs my vision. It wouldn't bother me if I looked at the lights in the glasses I used before. glasses would reject even laser light 95%. and it was not drawn.
made up that they changed my contact lens as so much better. also my glasses, feel a lot more confident now. thank you. special thanks to a lady called Barbra and no offence made but to the lovely lady who i think may be malaysia area. so so helpful and lovely lady x
Was seen quickly. The staff were nice and helpful. Shame about the prices. Happy to get checked there but wont be buying glasses from there again
Staff brilliant, great choice of frames. Service second to none. I'm loving my new glasses. I chose a bigger frame and got 2 pair this time. I can see clearly through the lenses, no blurring, all perfect. I'm so pleased I chose a bigger frame and the two colours I chose are really nice. A very happy customer!
