   Unfortunately had a really negative experience, service was poor and the quality of the gel manicure was awful. I went for a BIAB removal and for gel to be reapplied, wasn’t asked about shape or how I wanted them to look and had to ask a couple of times for wonky nail filing to be rectified (something I find very uncomfortable but it was too noticeable not to!). I sent an email, private message and tried to call to discuss this but couldn’t make contact and haven’t heard back, Definitely not the quality I would expect and won’t be returning.

   TERRIBLE customer service! Shop was empty on arrival and now I know why the nail shop across the street was packed! Asked for a soak off, the guy didn’t even give me any eye contact, whilst the lady opted to be heavily focused on her phone. Rude and disrespectful! Quoted £12 whilst it’s advertised as £10.
