   Nice place for functions but if you are not a local don't go on your own. Bar manger Ben gets drunk a lot and forgets he's responsibility. Aggressively approached me when I was just minding my business even though I had my wedding reception there. He treats the place like he's own personal social space. If you are not a local you will not be welcome at the pub. Lovely Sunday dinner great for functions just don't go in the pub

   Recently had our wedding the the Pheonix. It was an absolute amazing night from start to finish. The staff were incredible throughout the night and even organising the whole event. Kylie the Stewardess made the whole process and ease from start to finish. Would highly recommend the Pheonix for any wedding or large function.
