   I required some assistance with an Irish Foreign Birth Registration application i.e. someone to witness me sign the application form and to take certified copies of my ID documents. I found Atkinsonnotary on Google and filled out their form querying if they could assist me with this, I did this quite late at night and within a few minutes Christopher Atkinson replied advising that he could definitely help with this and that he would send me more details during normal office hours. I was delighted at the quick response. As promised I was sent all of the information I needed by email within minutes of normal office hours on the next working day. I'm pleased that costs were very clear, fair and transparent and explained upfront, which were in my opinion very reasonable for the excellent service provided. Louise Morley was able to answer all the questions I had beforehand via email, could not fault Louise at all for her speed, I'd have a reply back every time within a couple of minutes, which is great. Louise was very accommodating in booking me in for an appointment on the day I required, with only a couple of days notice, which I'm very grateful for. The office is in the shared use Joseph's Well building just round the corner from the university. The building does have a big gated car park, not sure if you can use this, but I booked a space round the corner at The Ribbon Residence Car Park via Just park, which was less than 1 minute walk away. Upon meeting Christopher Atkinson and Louise Morley, they were both very courteous, efficient and professional. I just sat back and they took care of everything within about 10 minutes. They read through the application requirements and checked everything off ensuring everything was correct, certified my documents and witnessed my application. Really couldn't have asked for a better service. Highly recommend them to anyone else going through a similar process. Thanks to you both. Mike.

In my initial enquiry I spoke to Louise Morley on the telephone and explained the situation to her. Louise has guided me through it all with a genuine professional courtesy and diligence.    I accessed the services of Atkinson Notary for the completion of some notarised documents to send to the Caribbean - I must say the pricing, service, thorough checking and doing everything to assist my mother and self was superb! I have long found it difficult to find an affordable, convenient notary service and after doing a quick Google search and trying to find somewhere suitable in Leeds - Atkinson's was definitely the right place to use. It pays also to be prepared, having all the documents needed and coming in with the necessary identification and address proofs to enable the transactions to move smoothly. Their offices are easy to find with free parking as well, which is a very welcomed bonus! For what you require, they do what they say they will and you can expect a very professional interaction and service! Will definitely be using them again, as it's likely more documents will be needed in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their assistance!
