   Katherine is exceptional at her job; incredibly fast response times, upfront, honest, informative, reassuring and very patient. We had some issues from the Spanish side and we had a couple of months void between our first contact and our actual signing and Katherine just picked up where we'd left things; no recaps, no going over things, she was really on the ball. Katherine also sorted out a notary in the London area so my cousin could sign her documents at the same time. From the very beginning, Katherine made a rather fragile situation very easy and her no nonsense approach is exactly what we needed during this time. Katherine also offers incredibly fair prices, with no hidden costs.
