Natalie was amazing throughout the whole process, calm and willing to explain anything that i wasn't clear on. Just bought my first house using Heathertons services. Would 100% recommend. Throughout the whole process, Natalie was super quick to respond, thoughtful in her replies, and reassuringly knowledgeable.
