   Apologies this post is a bit late. Some weeks ago I had a Land Registry query on a 15 year old transaction. I thought Newtons had dealt for me on it, so asked for their help. Turns out they hadn't been to acting solicitors in this particular transaction. None the less, they responded to me with 90 mins to update me on this. Subsequently, Chris himself suggested they could help and the query was resolved in a matter of hours. All together an exemplary service. Full marks to all concerned. Genuinely impressed.    We recently had a very unpleasant experience with a commercial property problem which resulted in us having to go to Newton’s solicitors for advice and help to resolve the situation which ended in several court appearances. We found Director Janes Towler and his team, namely Alex Thompson, who dealt with litigation and Glenn Holden property matters outstanding and exemplary in all aspects of their work.    We used Newtons for a complicated and challenging business litigation case that spanned several years. Throughout this we always felt confident that Newtons had the best interests of us as the client at heart. We were always kept fully informed and legal technicalities were explained in terms that a non legally trained person can understand. At every decision making point the pros and cons of different options were explained fully ensuring we were making informed decisions, especially as there were some areas that went into complex areas of law. We found all the staff we dealt with to be professional, friendly and efficient. The dedication and hard work from the staff on our case was clear to see, they really put their heart and soul into it for us. In particular I would like to mention Steve Fallon for the excellent work he did on the case. We continue to use Newtons for other work and have received the same high level of service and I am sure that this will continue into the future.
