Good big room, clean with no problems. Limited interaction with staff but was fine when I checked in. Location is a bit out the way.
Attending a wedding on Friday evening, the hotel was lovely and wedding looked amazing. Rooms where nice and big also had a great breakfast
Just come home from a lovely wedding here. Was very surprised at how good it was. Good quality rooms, spotlessly clean and really friendly and helpful staff. Very impressed!
Absolutely stunning hotel, lots of areas to take cute photos and has a chessboard outside for the little ones to play with. Quick service and delicious food. Drinks were a tad expensive but we were only staying for a couple of days so didn’t bother us. All the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful especially Jack :)

After a long and tiring journey on the dastardly M6 you need cheering up. We I wasn't disappointed. What a lovely welcome. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Fist impressions and all that. Room nice and clean. Bar area very comfortable and the food was reasonably priced. Really enjoying my stay. Your reception staff deserve special praise.
Went to a wedding fair few weeks ago. Beautiful place, odd location. As Skem is a newish town presume this beautiful old building was there before the industrial estate you now access it through. Large parking area, not many disabled spaces tho (which had wedding cars on show in them) The place itself is gorgeous. But wasnt impressed that the coffee on offer for potential customers was £1 a cup, serve yourself, from one of those flask type things.
Stayed there a few times with work and most definitely will be back. Reception staff are very welcoming and efficient. Restaurant staff are also very friendly and attentive, especially Beth, she goes above and beyond to make the guests welcome. Food is good, rooms are clean just exactly as it should be. 100% recommend
