Easy to book, excellent location, decent rooms, staff excellent always checked if everything was ok Jane really looked after us. Would recommend this hotel to everyone we definitely will be staying there again Thank you Jane and team at widnes travel Lodge.
Rooms felt grotty, bed lopsided. Didn't want to take a shower- room looked dirty. Generally looked dated. Considering the standards I'd say £60 for the night was too much for a grotty outdated hotel.
Basic rooms but what you expect for £45 per room. Easy check-in, friendly staff and well located for Liverpool Airport with plenty of shops etc nearby
I was told my WiFi voucher code would allow me to connect 2 devices but it only allows 1. Without that you only get 30 minutes of WiFi a day. No power sockets next to the bed so you need to charge your phone etc across the room. There is carpet missing in the hallways and the decor is pretty run down inside and outside. But I guess I didn't book a Travelodge for quality, just budget. My room looks out over a busy roundabout which is loud day and night. The windows don't block out the noise.
Friendly service. Jane greeted us very warmly indeed. Two quibbles. Should put rubbish bins in room and hand held shower heads would be better.
Good location if you want plenty of choices for food or shopping nearby. Typical rooms that don't dissapoint
Stayed with my friend for the buzz bingo just over the road! Jane, the receptionist was very helpful and made us feel so welcome, what a lovely lady to have on front desk a true credit to you. Double room was spacious and clean, nice and aired ready for our arrival. Will definitely stay again.
Been here twice now no complaints very nice location close to all shops and restaurants everything you need really and the staff are very friendly and helpful great place to stay
Use this place regularly, always get a pleasant welcome, rooms are typical Travelodge and always have been clean. There is free parking on site and is located adjacent to 2 retail parks with a good range of shops and food outlets. Only 5 minutes walk into the town centre and about half an hour drive from Liverpool, Manchester and Chester
Used as a place to sleep whilst attending rugby league World Cup. Basic rooms at a good price. No breakfast served but there is a Toby carvery across the road.
