Unfriendly and rude receptionist. He has a hostile attitude and lacks interpersonal skills. Felt very unwelcome during my first visit when I was being shouted at, and I have seen him talk like this to others too.

I had the occasion to go to dance classes in this school a few times and I was taken aback by the lack of respect of the receptionist. He was rude, expected us to read in his mind and if we didn't do as he liked from the first try, he would shout at us and be disrespectful. I find that he lacks people skills and professionalism, which is unacceptable considering he's supposed to be the first exchange we have when we enter the school. It even felt like our presence was bothering him and he didn't want us to be there.

I did not actually go into the premises. I was just parking up to carry out a Landlord Gas Safety check on a property a few doors down but when I heard the singing radiating and filling the air around me so I stop and listened for a few minutes. It puts a smile on my face when you hear that kind of talent.

I went to a Sylvia Young camp when O was 11 and it was a great experience with great food, and really talented teachers and pupils. I am aware that it is a school as well and so if I had gone back in time I would have loved to go there!great friends where made with the photo attached below.

I did a summer course back in the 80s at the old Marylebone site. Typical stage school brats as dear old Syl would say.
