Recommended to Heritage by a friend for classic car insurance. Found them to be very good and helpful and saved £98 (insuring two cars) over my previous insurers. Home insurance was cheaper too.

Parvinder spoke clearly, communicated well and knew his job. Which cannot be said about everyone you speak to whilst attempting to get, or renew insurance . Not having to wait for ages, wading through irrelevant pre-recorded bumph, was also a pleasant change.
Avoid! Tried for a week to renew policy but Heritage incapable of correcting their incorrect premium mistake on the ‘pay now’ button and no response to email! Ring backs promised but never happened, then had a call this morning telling me as I’d not paid the premium, my insurance had lapsed!! (Even have an email saying they’d renew without charge over the weekend and they’d sort it out and call today!!) Left hand has no idea what the rights doing! Used another broker and car now insured elsewhere.
Aaliyah Lawrence handled my query excellently so that I could add a further vehicle to the two Morgan cars that are insured with Heritage now in a multi car policy. She was also able to arange the Multi Vehicle Breakdown Service with ALPS in a 12-month policy to replace my RAC cover achieving a very reasonable saving.
Very friendly but professional company to deal with and I have had my cars insured with them for some years now. The only claim I have ever had to make was for a damaged windscreen which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I had a couple of queries on the renewal documents this year and I spoke to Seema Lal who contacted the underwriters and resolved the issues whilst I was still on the telephone. I would like to thank Seema once again for her kind assistance on this occasion and say what a great ambassador she is for Heritage Insurance. I should add that all the staff I have ever spoken to at Heritage Insurance have always been extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and as a retired Sales Manager they seem like the kind of people I would have been happy to have on my team. Hopefully I shall have quite a few more years of Heritage looking after my insurance.
Having looked around for classic car insurance i was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency in which Andrew dealt with my enquiry from the minute the phone call was answered. Having looked at other insurers I would not hesitate in recommending Heritage as the service I received was far above that I expected or had experienced from others and was able to get my cover on risk immediately with no time wasted. A very well deserved 5 star rating and more business heading their way very soon!!!
Absolutely excellent service from start to finish with this company! I have insured al of my property insurance with Heritage Insurance now. The residential let properties were hard to insure previously but Heritage have found me a comprehensive policy at a very competitive price for both properties! This made me insure my own home very recently and the correct policy for my needs was recommended which of course I have also set up. Will be getting a quote for my cars when they are due!
