   Contacted them last week for a PLI quote and was told they'd get back to me asap, today I called again having not heard from them to be told by the person on the phone their colleague would call me back as soon as they were available... No one has called me. I will not be using these people for insurance if they can't even follow up a simple quote I could never trust they'd follow up on a claim. Appalling service!

Falcon at very short notice jumped into action and set to work on my behalf to obtain quotes from various insurance underwriters. They were very professional and worked hard to meet my business needs. Highly recommended. 5*

   I was highly recommended Falcon by a few agents for insurance for my property. When it came to renew I double checked the same conditions applied from the previous policy. I found out myself the policy they had sold me the year prior and were selling me again was incorrect and did not cover my property setup. I had to speak with 4 different people before they finally confirmed it was incorrect. They are all over social media as the best brokers for all sorts of property setups (btl, r2r, portfolio etc). But they were extremely negligent. I would not recommend as my policy was very straight forward but 4 seperate employees couldnt get it right. If you can’t trust your broker to get the right policy for you what is the point. Take note if your agent/broker/solicitor recommends Falcon its likely they are just as subpar and part of common admiration group to rile business for eachother and have been convinced they are competent by their social medial presence.

   I was recommended this firm by someone on a property group on facebook. I have had a very poor experience trying to get quotes from Harj. I mentioned to him i had a deadline and needed a quote. He said he would be able to get this back to me. I chased him on the deadline day various times. On the deadline day at 5.15 i get an email with some figures. I email him back to discuss ready to proceed and he has left the office. Whats the point of even emailing and quoting me if your cant meet the deadline? Why tell me you can when you cant? Literally a complete waste of my time. Clearly not interested in new business. I wonder how they are dealing with existing business. I had another policy quoted with him which i was ready to go ahead with. I will not be insuring this now and other properties.

   18 months ago I asked Falcon Insurance to look at the insurance policies for my businesses, (Nutcracker Design & Marketing, SEO Nuts & Smart Art Properties). After studying our policies and cover. Falcon Insurance advised me that we were under insured, as we did not have sufficient cover on our buildings insurance. Falcon increased the cover in line with our requirements and saved us over 40% on our premium. After 12 months with Falcon, our renewal premium arrived which was around 5% less than in 2013.
