   Huge thank you honestly brilliant all-round staff are so good friendly and make you feel so relaxed and safe from when I had my accident heard there add on radio called them don't normally leave reviews but they well deserve it was proper stressing when I was hit called them they made me feel well relaxed reassured me everything will be ok was a bit worried best thing was they cared made sure I was ok safe and reassured me not to stress or worry that they will take care of everything. Seriously they literally did no messing around straight to the point took relevant details made sure I was ok and if I wanted to wait there while car was recovered or needed to go hospital or just go from the accident honestly I asked when could I get my replacement car the car was there within 30 min I waited 10 min stayed with my car and recovery truck was there anyway after that was just simple straightforward kept me updated or if I had any questions just called them most friendly people company become friends as well as maintaining there professionalism they did everything all I did was attend my physio which was absolutely necessary and awesome ohh yeah went in explained what happened in detail actually helps so much and reassures you when face to face I suppose doesn't need to be but I liked that aspect of it after short while received a well worth payout for my vehicle more than what i expected and decent compensation for my out of pocket I was because of the accident and a good compensation amount. Will definitely use again highly recommend them very grateful and s huge thanks to everyone at one call many thanks for everything lol hopefully I don't have a accident but look forward to seeing you again if the opportunity presents itself I know were to go once again thank thank you all at one call.

   We were unfortunate to be involved in a RTA a fee weeks ago and went to one call and the service there was incredible. Sheena knows what she is doing. We were given a like for like car and our claim was handled with ease and efficiency. The entire team were helpful and their customer service is next to none. Highly recommend these guys.    Awful ! Don't clearly explain the process - not part of the insurance company and if it all goes pear shaped you are liable. Charge ridiculous prices to the others which cause massive delays. Avoid !

I had an accident that wasn't my fault and I was recommended this company to deal with my claim, I was hesitant as they sounded too good to be true but they were excellent.
