I’ve just finished my first year of driving and was insured with my policy during this time and any issues I ever had were resolved rather quick by their customer service team I did have to make a complaint once however this was resolved next business day and resulted in an adequate solution being found for myself. For anyone considering this company I would say so long as your not planning to drive like a numpty then u should be fine I was accidentally speeding towards the end of my policy they rung me we had a conversation about it and they said all is good just be more careful in future overall never had any major issues with them.

Please do not go with my policy! Every single week without fail for 6 months there’s been a problem and they have threatened to cancel if I don’t pay more money. Most stressful time of my life. Out of nowhere got a text and email whilst I’m at work, “ur policy is cancelled if u drive ur vehicle ur committing an illegal offence” no explanation whatsoever their line is closed so couldn’t get a reason never even had a 24 hr notice first had to go with another insurance whilst I’m at work. If u go with this policy they won’t even allow you to be insured the full year they will constantly find excuses to cancel it!!

Worse insurance I have ever come across. I won't go in to it but the main thing for me is that they take off your documents from your portal one month before end. You are unable to find them anywhere else. They over charge you too. My son paid £315 a month for a 1L aygo. Yeah he is only 20 but still. Customer service is poor too. Also in the very small print you have a curfew and can only do so many miles which I am sure they calculate wrong throughout the policy. My son anlso cancelled the automatic renewal and had an email to confirm this but then had an email a month later saying his renewal was declined. Which having an insurance declined is a question new insurance asks. This was done without permission oh and they got his dates mixed up too. Wrong expiration date. No refund offered mind you. Only giving 1 star because I am unable to give zero.

Do not use this awful company We used this company to insure our 17 year old son as they were much cheaper than others ! 1st off we encountered problems stating plug in black box wasn't working it was also recording inaccurate readings like my son was out driving at 6am when he was in bed asleep. They then sent out a new box we fitted it and they stated that it wasn't plugged in everything was flashing our end so took the car to a garage to have it tested everything was working as it should .in the meantime we were receiving emails stating insurance would be cancelled so we forwarded relevant information to them and they sent out another black box. It was then working. Fast forward 10 days later my son had a change in circumstances and needed to use his car to travel to work so we rang the company to upgrade to commute and they said it wasn't something they could offer! We had no choice but to cancel and look elsewhere . We had 36 days insurance paid £458 deposit 1 months payment of £160 and then they charged us a further £95 !! With no email stating breakdown of cost and why we've paid so much for 36 days cover ! Beware of these before thinking your saving money. They cancel policies all the time judging by their reviews. I will be taking this to the ombudsman as its ridiculous amount of money for 36 days insurance

Took the policy out for my 18 year old son Worst insurance company that I’ve ever dealt with They emailed him saying we needed to buy more miles because they predicted he would go over and he had 7 days to do so otherwise they would cancel the policy. He was on holiday at the time and didn’t pick up the email and by the time he did it was too late . We now can not get him insured anywhere for less than £7000 because we have to declare he has a policy cancellation against his name. Personally I don’t think this is fair. He’s saved up all his money to pass his test and buy a car and this insurance company has screwed him over Wish I would of read the reviews beforehand and paid a bit extra to go with another I have never left a review on anything before but this situation has made my piss boil

Terrible company. Cancelled 1 month into my insurance because of my usage. Smoothness and speed were 10/10 yet they cancelled it because I was driving too much. I haven’t even used a third of my yearly mile allowance. Tried to use a light form of blackmail saying that ‘If I don’t buy a minimum of 3800 miles for £2200 within a weeks notice, then my insurance will get cancelled.’ I still had 2100 miles left that I haven’t originally used. I don’t know what loophole in the law they are using but this should be illegal. It’s literally blackmail to say ‘If you don’t give us money, we are going to cancel your policy and pretty much worsen your future policies.’ On top of all of that, have tried calling them for the past 4 days and no one ever answers. Disgusting company.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgraceful insurance company. Signed up for their black box policy and got cancelled, within 3 months, without any notice. When I called to get an explanation as to why my policy was being cancelled, One of their staff Nathaniel was extremely rude on the phone and unhelpful. When I asked for his name, he refused to give me his full name. With the way the policy works, even if you get a cheaper rate with a black box, you’ll probably have to spend extra on top up miles, the prices of which are set at the insurance companies discretion. I would definitely recommend a policy without a black box ,as at the very least, it is a set price.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this company uses bullying tactics on the phone to make young peolpe pay more money for extra miles when only 1 month into there policy, my daughter paid for her insurance upfront for the year and because as a new driver you drive everywhere she used 1000 miles, they demanded she pay £750 for more miles or policy will be cancelled. I think this is an absolutely disgusting why to treat 18 year old, maybe ringing to give warning of how many miles to are doing but bullying to get more money is wrong.

Very hard to get hold of, the website keeps crashing so you can't buy miles, then you phone on hold for 2 hours to get told someone will call you back within 24 to 48 hours, they don't they cancel your policy and charge you for the privilege. My insurance expires in January and will definitely not be using these again,not do I recommend

Do not purchase. This black box ruined the exhaust of my car for some strange reason. Resort to paying £500 out my own pocket for the car to run again when my insurance still had another 5 months to go which this company take no liability for. Also takes hours for them to answer their phone. Wont be using them again.
