EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! EXPERT ADVICE, QUALITY AND PEACE OF MIND! I spoke to Sam Wright at Lifesecure Financial Services in Birmingham. It was a cool, calm conversation where Sam listened to me, I listened to him, he assisted me and we even laughed about it too. At one stage I was not going to bother but as he offered good honest quality advice, very professional when dealing with my individual circumstances as my quote could not have been more accurately based on my own individual circumstances, mortgage balance, relationship and current status and lifestyle. I was most impressed as he was not out to make a quick commission. They are a great company you can trust to insure you and your family. Lifesecure have access to the cheapest premiums available on the market. That`s great advice with a price to match! There is no contract - you are free to leave any time and they will review your insurance every 2 years to ensure that you are getting the very best.

When i first started at life secure financial services, i had no idea about life insurance. the first day i came in they started to train myself all about the job and what it entails. the training was fantastic and i wouldn't fault it one bit. role -the first role of my occupation here was amazing, talking to people around the UK saving their policies making sure they aren't being miss-sold, manipulated or overcharged in their premiums and the feeling is amazing as you have saved families financial situations. Sam, my team leader has been very supportive, if i have any issues or queries hes always there to help. if i struggle to get my target he will help me in the best way possible making sure i'm back on track. sham has also been very supportive, making sure i do the best of my ability. they both as so supportive and so reassuring i cannot thank them enough. The progression of life secure financial services is great, i knew from the start is where i want my career to be. i told them i strive to be a manager one day and they took it into consideration to look for an available slot if their was one and now I am in the process of training to be a pension adviser. The atmosphere is incredible at life secure,so friendly but professional, really puts a smile on my face when I'm at work. i never experienced waking up in the morning being exited to go to work. it really is incredible.

Jane Gibbins I find your response to Justin Bevan’s review a little contradictory as I have just received a cold call from one of your agents? Who I have to say was pushy in his hard sell tactics.

Genuinely the best working environment I've ever been in. Everyone motivates and pushes each other to do well. Never a dull day in the office. Training process was amazing and the support didn't stop even after being on the floor. Managers are honestly very supportive and manage to maintain control of the workflow and environment, unlike a lot of other employers who can't keep track. Loud and bubbly environment, which is enough to push you to WANT to do well. SO much room for progression, someone is progressing every other day, it's great

When I first started at Life Secure, I was mildly dubious over the idea of starting in yet another sales environment. Along with the usual promises of moving up in the company structure in short periods of time, the environment is fun, everyone's friendly and there are no egos. Like anyone, it all sounds too good to be true for someone who has been through this process a million times or more. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this is genuinely true! On my first week as a sales agent, I was happy to find there was a lot less pressure to hit the ground running as you find in other sales environments and my colleagues were all supportive and genuinely wanted to help, not just to massage their own egos! The drive from everyone to work their way up to advisor level and earn their promotions was palpable and within 2 weeks of my arrival, I had seen first hand 2 people get promoted into this role. Both of them had been in the company for less than a month. As time moved on, the company recognised my potential to move (and set up) a new department and as such within 6 weeks of starting, I had been moved into a new role as a trust advisor setting customer's life insurance policies up in trust. This is both a challenging and rewarding role as it allows me to build up relationships with our existing customer base and also see their customer journey progress. This also has the added benefit of developing my own skill base as my role is so varied. The company prizes itself on putting the customer at the centre of all we do and doing right by them as opposed to inflating cover or premiums paid by customers for policies. This is rightly frowned on within the company and as with all FCA regulated companies, we have our own friendly QA team to make sure all is done right. The training issued for the sales agent role is brilliant and the continued support of colleagues hones your skills into a style suited for you and with the director on hand it is even more so supportive as he is able to help with any work related needs where appropriate. The environment itself is awesome. I have never, in my 6 years of sales experience, worked in an environment where every member wants to see each other succeed. Everyone is friendly and welcoming which helps ease you into the workplace effortlessly. We also have other activities in the office that are unique, such as playing with laser guns in the morning and charity events like last Saturday where the office were taken to Drayton Manor. There are also other events in the pipeline where, subject to hitting targets, we can have trips, such as lunches paid for or days out to places like Bournemouth. All in all, it is a wonderful place to work and one I can see myself staying at for years to come! As I live in Wolverhampton, it does take time for me to get to work as I do not drive and am heavily reliant on public transport. As such, with working hours being 10am-7pm, I often do not get home until 8:30pm/9:00pm and find myself leaving the house at 6:45am in the morning. This doesn't leave me with much time to relax in the evenings or do any odd jobs I have. As we get 2 10 minute breaks allocated to us through the day (aside from our 1 hour lunch), we are expected to do what we need to in that time (toilet breaks, coffee, cigarettes etc.) and we are not authorised to take more than these breaks through the day which can be a little awkward if you don't need the toilet at the time you have taken your break and then find later on you do when you haven't got any breaks left!

I really honestly enjoy working at LifeSecure Financial Services! The people, work culture and its training opportunities are amazing! Management will always push, motivate and train you up, so there is a lot of scope for progression. I've learned objection handling, how to build rapport with customers and most of all we are protecting families! The office culture is amazing too. I am positive anyone who joins will enjoy working here, it's a great company to work for - I admire the people, work ethics, company values and their loyalty.

Where do i start with this company, it is a fantastic company to work for. I started around about 12 months ago and I began on the sales team. After a few months of being on the sales team I was promoted to the customer care team. I was working along side the directors very closely and still do to this day. Having weekly meetings and organising what needs to be done next. also i have a very strong input on how the department runs. I also deal with the trust department solely and i am main contact for customers everyday to make sure that they are happy with their life insurance. I also helped launch the recruitment department at the end of 2018 and this is now growing strong with over 15 new starters and a lot more staff starting every week. The management are the most caring people I have ever met in a working environment. They look after every person individually and give you the time and effort to work and home in on your skills and help you to become stronger at your role. If you come to life secure with the intention of being the best you will be rewarded, I guarantee that. The pay is very good considering the way the world and not having many jobs out there. This company is far more superior than other companies and they will make sure you are looked after with Bi-annual reviews to check your performance and reward you. The environment is a fantastic place as well. Everyone is friendly and you can approach the management team with ease. If you have any issues they will resolve it for you with the utmost privacy and respect. We also do games every morning to get everyone raring to go for the day. As for life-secure it is a growing company and is the biggest insurance broker in Birmingham and with the way that it is going they will be the biggest in the U.K in no time. If you want a career look no further because you have found it.
