   I Insured my Landrover Series 3 with this company for 12 months. After 4 months I decided to sell the landrover, upon cancelling my policy I was informed that due to being a new customer I would not recieve any refund on the months outstanding on my policy. I will not be insuring a vehicle with this company in the future.

   The insurance is very very good and competitive. But I had the misfortune of braking down on my classic 350 ajs with a puncture. The AA kept pushing me back with eta time from 13.30 to 16.00 plus in the end I got my mate to recover me as I wasn't going to wait any longer. The AA NEED TO SORT THEMSELVES OUT HAVE MORE PATROLS. WAS NOT HAPPY.

   Polite but not able to understand the idea of coach-built cars. "We don't have that car sir what's the manufacturers.. Ford it's a small American company you might have heard of" " so what's this Coleman Milne ... ooh they are just the top 3 coach-builder in uk established in the 1950s they build alot of UK emergency service vehicles" If you are going to have a company focused on car enthusiasts then either employ or train your staff/systems to deal with car enthusiasts. Funnily enough the people who call you know about cars.

   A good solid insurance company for classics, and the only insurance company I have ever stayed with for years and years due to their good sensible service (not constrained by computer says no nonsense) and reasonable prices. Unfortunately after buying a modern bike for the first time in a decade their quote was way more expensive x5 than others (fair enough as moderns aren't their thing) so I didn't renew this year but they will be my first port of call again when the modern goes.
