   Price was brilliant, but that was about it. I emailed them what they asked for and told me I didn’t email them because they didn’t look at their emails for seven days which is not my fault. They told me everything was sorted and if anything else needed to be talked about they would call me I did receive a call. I received a text message saying their account to my insurance 12 o’clock the same day I would not be going with them again probably the worst insurer I’ve ever been with. I’ve paid over £500 for about 28 days worth of cover. I’m not be able to use it like I would like to so hoping I’m going to get my money back.

   WARNING...Do not use this company Nash Warren for trade insurance thay are a terrible company and should be reported. I cancelled my policy with them after 4 days in the 14 day cancellation period that every insurance firm and thay stole my £1487 it has been 2 months and I have not received my money back after emailing the 17 times no reply and contacting them by phone 10 times . look at all the bad reviews online about them not paying out for claims. People geting pulled up by police because that haven't insured them after paying for insurance with them ...do not use them. Speaking to manager miss Katy green about 8 times not a nice person that has no morals.the worst firm I have ever used. Beware

   Good value initially, but the devil's in the detail. Start charging very soon for absolutely everything. No chance of ever getting through on the phone. A messages in a bottle will be more successful. If you value price above service you'll be happy

   They remain very competitive on price, haven't tried to jack the price up at renewal like most modern insurance companies and provide an excellent, friendly and personal service e.g. a polite reminder call on the day my insurance expired to see ensure I had received my renewal invitation. Would highly recommend them and will be sticking with them so long as I have a classic car!
