   Used to think my classic motorbike insurance was ok until this year. Tried to hike it up for no reason, spent time talking to the operative about bringing the cost down prior to renewing with them. Made no reference to not being able to provide the chosen cover until I had taken it out. Sending emails to which I responded by phone. Told one thing on the phone but the emails persisted. Final outcome being they couldn’t insure the bike for a lower agreed value than before as they couldn’t find evidence of its worth in the market place but they took my money to insure it for the higher value for the preceding 3 years. The higher independent agreed valuation still being valid for another year. Clowns who pretend to know about classic vehicles but neither know, nor care to know. Avoid!!!

   Been with this company for 11 years for a classic mini, remained consistent in price for the past 3 years slight increase but nothing major untill this year shot up to over 300! I'm 29 never claimed got a collection of 9 cars and bikes and still they put it up !! Rang sterling insurance who I have some my other cars with they did it for £120 no hassle nice and easy as is there online portal, don't waste your time with footman james try sterling for your classic policies

The staff member was very helpful and patient, ended up with a £34 pound refund. Very impressed with the service, keep up the good work in this crazy world.
