I wouldn’t recommend this branch of solicitors . Missed phone calls missing paperwork and seemed to be working for the buyer of my property not me ! The Elland branch could not be more helpful and I hope this doesn’t reflect on them.

Used Ramsdens for the sale of mums house ,who has had to go in a nursing home .Although it's taken time to complete *through the fault of no one) Anne has been terrific ,she has coodernated with our estate agent 'sarah and sue' and kept us informed at every stage .Also the office staff and secretaries have been great and are down to earth and using plain language and not jargon and made me feel confident in them .
