I had an appointment with you today and was so impressed with each of the staff who dealt with me. I was passed smoothly from one member of staff to the next politely and the staff exchanges were professional and friendly. Im so glad I've swapped to Mold Specsavers. Amelia and the other staff who tested my eyesight were phenomenal. They all took their time with me to explain things, I didnt feel rushed or under pressure, and felt like they all wanted to help me. I attended for a contact consult however as I was a new customer it was swiftly changed to an eye test with some further testing done due to migraines. They even wrote a letter to my GP so I could be under their care straight away - one of the best opticians I've ever had the pleasure of visiting and will continue to do so.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable and happy to give advice. Bit annoyed that Specsavers won't put new lenses into my current frames so I'm going to have to go back to my old place for the new lenses. I don't want new frames yet as they weren't cheap and it would be a waste after just a year!
From the moment I walked in, the staff were all so friendly and attentive. Ellie did my consultation and what a breath of fresh air she is, such a lovely young lady. Very informative making you feel extremely comfortable. Brenda sorted out my glasses and finalised everything with me and again was amazing.
I was treated with care, courtesy and consideration when I called in to request an appointment because of concerns about changes in my vision. At my appointment, a few days later, I received a very thorough eye test, which identified changes and a solution to the problem I was experiencing. I was also referred to the eye hospital for further tests. I chose some lively frames which were reasonably priced, was fitted for varifocals and, if they are suitable, will get a second pair with tinted lenses as part of the two for one offer. I am happy with the price which is just over £300.
Went for a check-up for/with hubby: The check up lady [ the practitioner ] was brilliant! The assistant lady kept trying and trying to increase costs with frames and prescription glasses even though she knew we had a limited budget… She also made us feel guilty ! And refused to give infos we asked. We left not committing ourselves to THAT shop! Sorry for the other nice staff…. We ll go to another spec-savers, not that one!
A massive thank you to Jack (manager of Specsavers Mold) and Nathan (optical technician) for coming to visit our school to talk about eye tests and how our eyes work. The children have learnt a lot and really enjoyed the experience. Thank you for giving up your time - it is really appreciated!
This was my first and last visit to this store. I booked an appointment for a basic eye exam, i was told to take a seat, the store was very busy so there was no seats, i think there was 6 seats and around 20 customers. My appointment time came and went, the girl who booked me put my folder in a slot on a wall, and it seemed each customer who had an appointment as well their folder would go in this slot, however the folders were being put in front of mine and yes they were called before me. I got called 20 minutes after my appointment time. The optician i saw was very rude and abrupt, no clear guidance on what you do when picking your glasses after your test and left to sit around. The whole appointment turned out to be 2 hours. Never again.
Absolutely amazing customer service! Highly recommended! I'm 47 years old and I recently had an eye test at Specsavers in Mold and it showed that I needed glasses for the first time in my life so it was all new to me. I was looked after by Jack Davies, the Store Manager. Jack, along with all the other members of staff made the experience an absolute pleasure. Jack answered all of my many questions and took a lot of time and care with me. He gave me so much expert advice. I can't thank Jack and all the rest of the staff enough. The store has a real friendly and caring atmosphere. All of the staff, especially Jack, are an absolute credit to the company.
Excellent in every way. Store Manager Jack showed immense care and concern. He took his time, listened to my concerns and helped choose the perfect glasses for me.
