   I was welcomed by a lovely lady called Amanda, who really looked after me and helped me choose two pairs of very smart and reasonably priced glasses. So many thanks. This was after having my eye examination and OCT scan with the optician Katie, who was extremely helpful and talked me through everything that she was doing during the examination. I was extremely impressed with the overall service and professionalism shown during my visit to Vision Express in Mold and would definitely recommend them.

   I recently visited the Vision Express store in Mold and wanted to share a mixed—but mostly positive—experience. The team were absolutely lovely: warm, professional, and helpful throughout. I genuinely appreciated their support during my visit. That said, I did feel uneasy about the pricing process. I selected a pair of “Seen” glasses clearly priced at £65. But when I sat down to finalise the order, I was quoted nearly £140. The assistant had added a “silver” package, including anti-glare, easy-clean coating and some kind of damage warranty. At no point was I offered the original £65 price—I had to ask for it, and even then the assistant seemed reluctant to remove the extras. In the end, I chose to pay extra for one pair with Transitions lenses, and one pair at the original £65. My concern is that this upselling approach could catch out more vulnerable or less confident customers who may feel pressured or unsure about challenging the price. Overall, the team were great—but I’d really encourage Vision Express to be more transparent about base pricing and make sure every customer knows they have options.

   First of all the staff were friendly enough but seemed to lack experience there was no attention to detail when taking measurements resulting in the glasses having to be returned after me already waiting three weeks .two weeks later the glasses arrived after being remade. As i had perched two pairs the second pair had to go back to be remade. when they came back the reacterlight coating had not been applied resulting in them having to go back again. After two more weeks i eventually received my glasses that i had paid £535 for .as you can understand i was disappointed with your service

   I had the most thorough eye test I have ever had at Vision Express in Mold. I was greeted by very friendly staff and ushered promptly into the examination room. The eye test was conducted by a lovely Spanish lady called Hadassa and she was extremely thorough and precise. My prescription had changed a little bit but she put no pressure on my to buy new glasses. In the end, I decided I would buy new ones and the staff were great at helping me choose the right pair. They also spent a lot fo time explaining the various options around coatings etc. I am very happy with the service I was given.
