She went above and beyond even coming to my home address for me to sign some paperwork as I had just had a total knee replacement.    We have used Spencer Elliott 2x time and both times they have always been incredibly transparent, easy to get a hold of and happy to answer any questions and explain anything as required. Spencer Elliott went out of their way to get things sorted when issues/queries arose. They spent a ludicrous amount of time on the phone trying to sort an issue my Mortgage provider created over a few days. From a service perspective it has been quite literally the best service we have ever recieved from anyone irrespective of industry. This is even more insane considering how good their pricing is. How refreshing for a business to respond in timely manners and be invested and understanding.

I would definitely recommend their services if you're buying or selling a property in York. They were always available to take our phone calls and were prompt at replying to emails.
