   My experience with solicitor Sarah was absolutely dreadful. Communication was practically nonexistent, and every attempt to get updates turned into a stressful telling me that I am not their client and hours later apologising and saying that yes you are still our client. This happened a couple of times basically whenever they had messed up my case. Major developments in my case were completely ignored. Deadlines were mishandled in ways that caused real damage and unnecessary anxiety. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism. Avoid this solicitor at all costs.

   Ok so, a vulnerable, autistic, non verbal 21 year old is being stopped from seeing his mother. I sent 2 emails asking if I can have an initial free consultation ,which remained unanswered. I called and spoke to a kid who asked and recorded my nationality, then I remembered this is Southall . Darling, dont tell me "yes I know yes I understand" over the phone, if you are not in the situation you have no idea what you are saying and by the tone of your voice Iam guessing you are 10 years old so unable to have a 21 year old son. She said she recorded the case as top priority (and I dont believe she did) yet nobody got back to me and its been one week. UPDATE Called them back after one week, and I was turned down. A LAWYER who turns down help for a disabled person, a lawyer who even refused an initial consultation to just know the details of what is going on. This is on all social media from London to Tokyo passing through Cairo.

   Highly incompetent and unprofessional! Homebuying - Our sellers had this solicitor and they were unresponsive to emails over several weeks! Very UNPROFESSIONAL - they also suggested to exchange without a completion date (to choose after a few months) - unlawful! Excuses given for no response were that the solicitor (Hina Choudhery) was on holiday; when she returned the excuse was that they were in court. This went on for more than 7 months and it should have been an easy process since we had all paperwork in place and chain-free either end! Advise not to choose this company for Homebuying if you want to sell or buy!

   China Chowdhury is a fraud solicitor. I hired while I was purchasing a new flat, she asked for the deposit money and used her own account for nearly one and half months before she released it back to my brother in law(he was her client in other matters) my money and she failed to complete the paperwork on time. Then I had to negotiate with the seller and asked for some more time or I would have lose the fees paid to Hina, the seller agreed and to my surprise Hina charged me twice the fees and got the deposit with her and not paid me any interest. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. She didnt send my any land registry papers and seller was also upset as no paperwork was received by her. I couldnt report it to Solicitor law agency as I waited for the docs and I never received it.

   Hi! i just read the review of jason Grewal by chance. i want to share that its pathetic. i know one of their Solicitor HINA CHOUDHRY. She is a fraud and deceitful lady. Hina Choudhry showed real (brother and sister) as a British married couple, just for the sake of British passport her cousin Noreen MAqsood and Noveel MAqsood are real siblings, such a shame, she is going to lose her license for supporting family members with fake documents and fake asylum claims. It will be reported to the legal authorities as well. i wont recommend anyone to hire them.

   If i could rate with minus stars i would with -100. Charged my mum with 2000 pounds with something my mum doesnt even know about. My mother has trouble speaking English and took full advantage. They do not care about giving you justice they only after your bag. Avoid at all costs.

   great staff, got my mum's visa in under a year. good prices and staff will always keep you updated, though the phone lines are quite busy at times you always get through, if not than Hina calls back. Had seen this firm through a recommendation from a family friend, really helpful
