   My husband and I have used Global Immigration Solutions since 2015 after we married and decided to live in the UK. We looked at many immigration solicitors to help us with my application, all of which did not have a personal approach.    Global Immigration Solutions was recommended to me by a colleague when I was about to prepare an application for my Cuban husband to join me in the UK. From the first call when I took advice from Asha I felt supported through what was a very stressful and time-consuming process; I didn't want to risk getting things wrong and felt the investment was money very well spent. The advice I received was invaluable and the process and support docs required were laid out clearly from the offset (in spite of that I had lots of questions which were always answered) and Asha guided me along the way. I thought it would take the full 3 months and more but about 7 weeks after we lodged the application in Havana (and the same day I had just depressed myself by reading about processing delays on a web forum!) my husband messaged me to let me know the Embassy confirmed he could collect his passport. A few days later he had his visa! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and am very grateful for the help I received, definitely great value for money.

   Asha proved to be a very professional and detailed personality. She meticulously checked my documents and ensured every single one of them met the home office requirements. Their fees are quite affordable AND reasonable considering the level of service they provide especially when you compare that to some other firms that will charge you in the excess of £5£££ for far less professional service. Asha gladly took my calls before and after my application was submitted. She even assisted in consulting with my sponsor's/partner's accountant when he was experiencing difficulties getting all his financial documentation in place. After the application was lodged she kept in contact to find out if I had received any news of a decision. Asha did not treat us like "just another client" she went over and above board. Even when my Visa was issued and she congratulated me, her first advise to me and my partner was that we should begin to put in place all the documentations we would require for my extension which wasn't going to be due for another 33 months. I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking help with immigration matters. You'd be glad you chose them!
