   My experience with MTG Solicitors has been nothing short of a nightmare. I can confidently say that I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking legal assistance. The receptionist's attitude is shockingly rude and abrupt. From the moment she pick up, she makes it her mission to get rid of you. She will also deliberately end calls mid-sentence. It's as if the concept of communication is foreign to her. Having a conversation cut off abruptly, especially when discussing sensitive legal matters, is not just unprofessional, but it's also downright disrespectful. But that's not the worst part. Trying to reach my solicitor has been difficult. Every time I attempt to contact them, it's like talking to a brick wall. Despite my multiple requests for a call back, I've yet to receive a single one. If I could give a lower rating than one star, I certainly would.

   I rang up feeling very vulnerable. My poor executive functioning has caused me to fail to attend to a matter which has lead to some legal difficulty. The woman that took to my call was condescending and made me feel very small. I could hardly get my words she was so intent on telling me they could not help. She would not allow me to speak to the manager when I rang back and denied being patronising. That is not for her to say. She also told me that no solicitor could help me with my problem which made me feel really down and hopeless, and has since been debunked by another solicitors that I’ve contacted. I wasn’t my best self, sure, but when you’re met with condescension and contempt, and someone refuses to listen to you, what else is there to do but stick up for yourself? I would not recommend MTG solicitors to people that are neurodivergent and/or mentally ill or vulnerable in any way. Oh, and she told me to pay a debt that had been accrued by someone falsely using my details! This is incredibly irresponsible advice as it would affect my credit score for life. I should also mention that I told her that her behaviour towards was causing me to experience a severe panic attack, and she did not seem to care in the least. That receptionist is a piece of work and make no mistake.

   The receptionist needs to be sacked! She is extremely rude!!! This is the second time I have called and the second time she would not let me explain. So unprofessional, just wanting to rush me off the phone. She needs to be aware that people seeking help from such a service maybe stressed, depressed and may have a variety of emotions. How on earth did she get the job? Judging by the other reviews I’m not the first person to experience her rudeness. Such a discredit to the service.

   Worst experience ever. They had submitted immigration case of mine back in 2016, Till 2019 solicitor was telling me the case was pending. But when I got my subject Access report in 2019 from home office. Home office sent me prof that they have sent rejection on that case with in 3 months to the submitting date. Now they are not being helpful even I sent them all the documents I received from home office. Never recommend this unprofessional service to anyone.

   Highly recommended to everyone. I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism and commitment shown by the MTG Solicitor especially Rupinder and the entire Immigration Team. She handled our long waited immigration case with confident and efficient manner and were sucessful in dealing with our case. She has a good knowledge of Immigration law and helped us on every stage with good advice.

   MTG is an outstanding firm. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the two solicitors with whom I dealt were professional, polite, and prompt. Earld and Rupinder are awesome! They showed compassion and made sure every detail was in order for us. I recommended MTG to a friend who said the same thing: a top quality & caring firm that actually seems to care about its clients. Highly recommend.

   MTG Solicitors is the best immigration law firm in my opinion. If you want the best lawyer working on your case, it is Terrie Wong. Terrie provided us with professional advises on my spouse visa renewal requirements, filing and process. She is a lady with superior confidence and is very knowledgeable with up to date experience in the field. From the first conversation, she correctly predicted what to anticipate in my case which was all vague when I visited other law firms. Her confidence and expertise gave me confidence to continue with MTG, immediately after I talked with her in person. Terrie is very supportive and handles the procedure smoothly. She impressed me not only with the professionalism, but also with the art of communication as an outstanding mentor and solicitor. All communications from day one were utmost proficient and explanatory. Terrie makes a great contribution to MTG Solicitors team with outstanding leadership and aptitude. I wish that I came to her earlier for professional assistance, which could have saved tons of misleading communications from other solicitors paying consultation fee and wasting time. I am glad I did with Terrie and in my future course of applications it will be her, and why not. Can’t thank Terrie and MTG Solicitors enough. Highly Recommended!
