   Diaspora Insurance is a complete let-down. Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Every time you provide the requested paperwork, they come back asking for more documents, explanations for documents, and then documents for those explanations. It feels intentionally obstructive and incredibly dishonest. There is zero professionalism and absolutely no urgency when it comes to assisting clients. Instead of processing claims efficiently, they stall, deflect, and complicate matters unnecessarily. When it’s time for them to pay out, suddenly the goalposts keep moving. This is not how a legitimate insurance provider should operate. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favour and stay far away from Diaspora Insurance.

   I am tremendously disappointed in the service of this business as they had stated they specialise in African countries however my sister had an unbearable experience with claiming in this time of grief they asked for documentation and it was submitted ,now they are asking for third party assistance I am in disbelief of the stress and frustration they have caused !

   I am so disappointed with Diaspora insurance and I would like to advise my fellow brothers and sisters not to join this insurance they must join insurance back home because my father died on Monday and it’s going to be a week now I have submitted all the required documents to support the claim now they are telling me that the hospital where my father died is not answering which means if they don’t answer I will miss going home to bury my father of which the reason I joined diaspora was to assist me when the death occurs so I can be stress free but now they are refusing to pay unless the hospital answers their call of which it is not in my duty to make sure hospital answers them.my duty is to provide necessary documents .I have insured my father with old mutual back home and didn’t experience this trauma they paid when I submitted the documents which is the same documents submitted to Diaspora
