Lack lustre staff, unprofessional inappropriate banter, food not much better - when asked chef what he would recommend he said McDonald's !!!! Signs up saying only serving hotel guests and booked tables - thnk whilst counting down to new owners - would have been better to shut !! I sympathise with the staff but as a guest I shouldn't know as much as I was told or overheard. So disappointing we left after one night - no one in reception as we departed, website kept throwing us out, not the high standards I have grown to expect from "premier" over the years.

If I could give it no stars I would. Had 2 good meals then an absolute joke of a third. Lazy chef who couldn't be bothered toasting a simple garlic bread. Sent it back and got the same again. I complained and then got accused of swearing, absolutely disgusting. Must Have been a different chef and the manageress must have had a bad day to be how rude she was. Disgusted

Lovely clean hotel, very comfy beds. Staff really friendly especially Dominic on reception who was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in making our break very special. Great location for exploring Chester.

My friend and I visited Chester Zoo as stayed here as only 15 minutes away. Although the outside needs a bit of updating the staff here were all amazing. So friendly, had a laugh with us, helpful and always available. These are a credit to your business.

When checking in paid £9.99 for buffet breakfast. When I arrived in restaurant for breakfast was told there was no buffet, quite disappointed as didn’t really have time to wait for a fresh cooked meal. Other than that nice and quiet hotel, slept like a baby on a really comfortable bed.

This is a Premiere Inn. We stayed in between Xmas and New Year after visiting family on the Wirral. The place was quite shabby and needs an upgrade. Premiere Inn appear to have got worse and has put me off using them again. Rooms were poor and shabby. The attached pub was poor, food tasteless and beer selection poor, decor was bad with mould around the window frames. Not recommended.

Mixed emotions. I was in room 3 and it was relatively difficult to get to, but is was really nice and clean. Linens were fresh and TV remote was clean and well renovated. Definitely up standard to other Premier Inns. Technically though other story. Only a trickle of warm water coming out of the sink tap and black mold in the bath. Breakfast was also definitely under standard and not worth the money. The whole breakfast area was not cleaned, sticky tabletops, sticky chairs, dirty cutlery and fingerprints on coffeemaker and dispensers. Only to be toped by boss lady server. Bossy and unhelpful. Sorry doesn’t reflect the good ratings.

I bought a room late at night as plans changed last minute. Very cheap considering the quality of the room and service and the time I bought the room. If I'm ever in the area I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The attached restaurant had a pool table which was fun too.

worse premier inn i have ever been. noisy room if you keep the windows open and smells of food comes in. breakfast was dried bacon and left over sausages from previous day or early morning. coffee matchine was broken too. there was absolutely nothing to like about this place. i will never go there again.

A Fantastic experience in an absolutely wonderful Hotel and accompanying Bar and Restaurant. We had a lovely warm welcome and the room was beautiful. The cleanliness was Spotless and facilities were in excellent. Car parking was extensive and I was able to secure a disabled access space close to the reception entrance. The staff were inviting, helpful and made us very welcome. We made use of the restaurant facilities during the evening and the Menu was ample with plenty of choices. The food was of excellent quality , served hot and tasted fresh. The drinks were inexpensive for an Hotel and there was a great choice. I discovered a new red wine that was spectacular and again choices of other beverages on offer were excellent. I will definitely be staying again and highly recommend it. A lovely warm and cozy experience throughout. A Credit to All the Management and their Staff Team. 5 Stars well deserved. Thank You for making Our stay so pleasant.
