   The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Every time I called, they didn’t give clear updates or respond on time. When speaking in Tamil, some staff were rude and even made me feel threatened instead of helping. I expected proper communication and respect, but instead got delays and poor treatment. I would not recommend this firm — they seriously need to improve their customer service and professionalism.

   Buying our first property has been quite a daunting process. However it was made stress free through Soma solicitors. They have a wealth of knowledge and maintain constant communication with us on the progress; all of this wrapped in their friendly and professional attitude has helped keep our minds at ease. Being in a chain of four houses has been quite a long process. However Dinesh has made sure to get everything from our end done as quick as possible as well as chase the vendors tirelessly.
