   We have recently worked with Saim Basbaydar from this firm, on a serious and complex case against a tenant who brought, what turned out to be a frivolous claim, valued at £300,000 for unlawful forfeiture (alongside several other grounds). This developed into a lengthy and stressful process, culminating in a 3-day multi-track trial. The outcome was firmly in our favour – not only was the majority of the claim dismissed, but our counterclaim also succeeded! At many points during the case, we had little to no hope of winning. However, our solicitor worked tirelessly to find the best way forward. With his clear strategy, forward-thinking approach and professionalism Saim turned what felt like a hopeless situation into a fantastic win for us! Throughout this process, Saim was nothing short of outstanding. He was extremely professional, efficient, reliable, and supportive at every stage. He always responded promptly to our calls and emails, kept us fully informed, and never gave us false hope – instead, he was always clear, realistic, and honest with us, which we truly appreciated. His guidance gave us confidence during what was otherwise a very challenging and draining time. Saim also recommended very strong barristers to represent us, in particular the barrister he advised for our trial, who was truly exceptional! The claimant’s solicitors were extremely difficult to deal with – stubborn, dismissive, non-compliant with court rules, refusing to engage in any offers or mediation, and constantly sending aggressive emails filled with threats, baseless allegations, and unreasonable demands. Despite this, our solicitor always maintained his calm, composed, and professional approach. He never stooped to their level, but instead dealt with them with patience, which hugely strengthened our position against them. We are extremely satisfied with Saim’s services and cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for a solicitor who is knowledgeable, strategic, dependable, and truly dedicated to his clients, then look no further – you will be in excellent hands!
