Good value for money, next to the bus stop, friendly hosts, rooms are clean and warm. The room we had was quiet, viewing the back alley. They have a breakfast room with essentials: bread, tea, cereal, milk.

Very good value for money. If you are looking for an inexpensive accommodation near Liverpool centre, definitely recommended. The city centre is just 10-15 mins by bus or taxi, so not a big problem. The rooms are clean, which is important, but very basic, which is ok, given its price. There is breakfast, not cooked, juice, milk, tea, coffee, cereals, bread and jam. Briefly met the owner, very polite. Definitely recommend it for a budget getaway to Liverpool.

I stay here every week for work and I can't fault it great value for money, close to the station plenty of shops near by. Large clean room and to be able to have the use of the kitchen 24 hours a day is great and the lads are always helpful when I call them for anything.

To start off, we had to let our self into the hotel and room and i got a text saying there was no one working in the afternoon. As we walked in it was just total disappointment, the walls are cracked and in some places and it really needs a good coat of paint. We got to our room and it was the same story in there, walls cracked needs painting window ledges can be lifted up, massive holes in the wall where the tv wires come out of. Windows full of black mould, half the furniture was wobbly and looked like it was going to fall apart. The carpet had hundreds of stains and marks on it. In the bathroom the shower door didn't close properly so the water just leeked out all over the floor, the work top at the back of the sink was not stuck down and had gaffer tape hiding the chips and dents. Most of the mastic was cracked. The tv only had about 10 rubbish channels on, even when i retuned it there was no joy. Got told that there would be someone on reception untill 3/4 but we only saw 1 person in the morning and he was gone way before 3pm and on the last day there was no one even there in the morning. The toilet in the breakfast area had a few tiles missing under the sink. The breakfast area was nice but again needed painting. And the bread was out of date on the last day, with no one to ask if there was any fresh bread. Overall the stay was horrid and the rooms do not look nothing like the pictures. So i would advise you all not to stop here as you will be disappointed.

Amazing price for the facilities provided, very clean, friendly helpful staff. They provide a booklet containing, bus and taxi information, local sites to visit etc. On arrival our room wasnt quite ready as we were earlier than planned so we had a cuppa while waiting. It only took 5 minutes. The room was spacious, we had booked their only ground floor room due to my disability. It had a double bed with crisp white bedding, i asked for additional pillows which were given straight away. We had crisp clean white towels and instructions on how to get fresh towels daily, our room was cleaned daily, and tea and coffee restocked too. If you, like us simply needed somewhere to lay your head at night because you were out sightseeing all day and partying all night then Snooze is perfect. Parking around the back is free. My advice is to use Uber not taxi for town as cheaper and safer as they send you details of which car is coming and you can track its arrival. Will definitely stay here again for next trip to Liverpool

Simple and effective. The staff were all really nice and friendly. You can get into town well by either bus or Uber. Bus do not except contactless so make sure you have some smaller change available to you for tickets. The rooms were all clean and tidy and the staff offer you fresh towels etc each day too :)

Great rooms - think small studio apartment. Comfortable bed, tv, iron and ironing board. Kitchen: 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and dishwasher! Breakfast is fresh pastries, muffins and fruit from reception (take out or take back to your room - there's nowhere to sit down and eat downstairs) where you can top up tea and coffee supplies for your room
