We are grateful for the hard work put in by Owen Stevens recently when we were stuck abroad unable to return to UK due to an error. I did not hesitate in contacting her again to help with our situation, and I was not disappointed even though she had never came across such a case & a 2 week holiday turned into 3 months, she got to work straight away in helping help us to be able to re-enter UK.
