   Cannot speak highly enough of Andrew. During a complex speeding case which took almost a year to reach court, involving multiple case meetings and a trial, he was incredibly thorough and detailed, and patiently explained every aspect of the legal complexities to me. The contrast between Andrew's deep knowledge of motoring law and the fundamental legal failings of the police's & CPS lack of knowledge of their own prosecution system could not have been more stark; he was three steps ahead of the CPS at all times. Not only did the CPS have to withdraw the charges during the trial, thanks to Andrew, the judge awarded costs to be refunded to me. Whilst the case should never have gone to court, I'm so relieved that Andrew was able to spare me the stress of attending court and dealing with the legal system. There is no possible chance that this very successful outcome could have been achieved without Andrew's terrific skills and specialised knowledge, for which I'm extremely grateful.

   Andrew is a highly experienced Motoring Offences Lawyer. As a Motoring Barrister, rather than a Motoring Solicitor, Andrew is able to give clients much better value for money than you would expect. Andrew has a phenomenal knowledge of Motoring Offences and also the rules relating to the Magistrates Court. As such you can trust his judgment and follow his advice in the safe knowledge that it will lead to the best outcome for YOU, whatever that is in your case. I was found not guilty of S.172 offences despite having been told by everybody I spoke to other than Andrew that I should plead guilt! Furthermore I was also awarded the vast majority of my costs, meaning that Andrew was very inexpensive after the money I was awarded by the Court. Andrew is the perfect choice if you want a high quality service at a good price, especially considering the quality of his work and his extensive experience.
