   I was sold a car by one of the Europe's largest auction companies at their centre in London. The car was not exactly that I had seen on the online catalogue, and had bid on, so I wanted to return for a full refund. The company, though agreeing with me on facts, declined to entertain my claim. I instructed Shah Law Chambers who kindly took up the case with the seller, and asked them for refund. The seller went on delaying the matter, and SLC gave them due space but the seller did not budge. With the result, court proceedings were issued, in response to which, the seller ultimately agreed to a full refund which has now been received. My thanks to SLC, much appreciated, and recommended.
