   If I could give minus stars, I would. Atrocious service. Weeks went by then months and nothing was done, except a very expensive one hour video call. In this call, the solicitor explained the steps that she was going to take and the time frame in which she would do it, but that didn't happen. The solicitor appeared to be competent, professional, caring and understanding about my family's bereavement but then she did basically nothing except take payment. Her delays and massive failure to communicate resulted in negative consequences, which would not have happened had Douglass & Simon done the work we had contacted them for, or at least told us that they didn't want to/didn't have time to take on our case. Very very bad service. I cannot believe all these 5 star reviews. I am disgusted by this supposedly "premium" firm. Another solictor sorted everything within 1 week. I feel bitter and I have written this review with the hope that nobody else wastes their time and money with this firm.

   I had Terrible experience whit this company. I call for help,after 3 week I need help for protect my self from this company. For help settlement status application the range price is 1.000£/1200£ whit lawyer (check previously range price in hmrc max/min). This guy's change 3500/3750£ plus VAT. don't do as I did (believe in the stars in Google map). be careful if you can try to find someone you can trust and know in person. I was wrong and I paid the consequences to defend myself from these lawyers.
