I wish you all the best as we got there in the end… but took 6 months to buy a flat with no chain (both parties)… too exhausting and not worth the hassle. Took so long with enquiries that my partner and I stayed over 3 months without accommodation and had to stay in a relative’s living room during those months. Traumatic almost. We were sooo lucky the seller did not back out as they were radio silent most of the time.
I initially had a quote of £774.40 confirmed to me by Rebecca Langley for some work and the case was opened and work started. I was then told by Megan Lawson that the new cost will be £972.20 as some additional charges have been identied despite the quote already being confirmed with them. Would not reccomend as they are dishonest about their fees.
Handled probate with every step well explained, kept informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommended
Julia Wilding and other Chadwick Lawrence staff I encountered provided me with an exceptionally good service. My problem involved a number of complicating factors which were explained to me clearly and dealt with efficiently. The process was complicated by me becoming seriously ill during it and I was assisted and advised with sympathy and consideration. If I were Julia I would have dismissed me as a client long ago not just explained to my children with care and sympathy what I needed to do to produce the best outcomes.

Absolutely disgusting service Receptionist is always talking to her friends. Phones are never answered. I've been in the office and phones are ringing and nobody is picking up the phone. Wish I'd gone through to the corporate office in Wakefield
Really really slow processing anything. Lose paperwork. Blame others for their laziness. Would not recommend at all.
