   Mrs Bokaei who is the partner in the Law firm can not even write a letter in simple english, they charged us a lot and as result of their unprofessional work we lost our case. DO NOT TAKE ANY ADVISE FROM THEM, I am filing a big complaint to Legal ombudsman for their unprofessional work.

   We had to ask for Ms Bokaei's help in a rush after another law firm was unable to help because they did not understand Persian documents. She took our case straight away and dealt with it very efficiently. She is very open speaks Persian and English very fluently. Without her help we would have had a lot of troubles but she was amazing. She was always in touch with whatsap, phone and email and answered our queries and concerns patiently. Very happy with her work and definitely will go back to her for legal works in the future.

   Golnar Bokaei is a brilliant solicitor. Throughout the years she has helped my whole family with our immigration issues in the Uk. I was previously rejected for Citizenship and Ms Bokaei managed to get it in no time! My father was also granted a visa for Ten years! I am very pleased with the firm's team and they have always been very responsive and helpful. would recommend it to anyone dealing with very difficult immigration matters such as mine.

   Mrs Bokaei is very unprofessional and the firm is a rip off. Please if you can don’t go near this firm, My mother had a very bad experience where Mrs Bokaei took a lot of money from her and carried out my mothers case with no knowledge whatsoever, if Mrs Bokaei represents you in court you will definitely lose as her advise was all wrong and very unprofessional. My mother regrets deeply having Mrs Bokaei as her solicitor as she suffered a lot of loss both within the court and money. This firm is very poor and the service is bad, make sure when picking a lawyer to represent you, you check the reviews as if my mother checked the reviews of this law firm earlier she would have never chosen it in the first place. Please just make sure you never go near this law firm and do not let Mrs Bokaei represent you.

   Hoffman Bokaei represented my father who was sued by a large organisation. Ms Bokaei and Mr Thibaut were very helpful and courteous. We were always able to contact one or the other for updates and discussions about next steps. Settlement also moved at a steady pace with advice being clear and options provided. We were happy with the outcome of the matter and would recommend the firm to represent anyone for settlements and litigation.
