   We had mirror wills provided. Rachel Bedford was very polite and friendly. We discussed our requirements and Rachel suggested some things we hadnt considered. The first draft had a few spelling mistakes, but when they were rectified we could sign up and finalise the matter. On our visit, the reception wasn't manned, but we could buzz for entry. The reception was fresh and welcoming. Would recommend Chadwick Lawrence.

My experience with Chadwick Lawrence has been very poor and I remain unadvised as to any issues relating to the property and process. I remain grateful to staff on reception however who were helpful and supportive.

   I used these 5 years ago and they were great. I wanted to use again but after a number of calls to get a quote for the sale of my house noone ever returned my call. I had previously recommended these to family. Unfortunately I can't do that anymore. Common courtesy doesn't cost anything.

   Our designated conveyancer was Nicole Knox. Nicole went above and beyond and well than exceeded our expectations. We were first time buyers, sadly we withdrew from our first property due to results found within the home buyers report. As soon as we found our second property, it was all action from the solicitors side of things. 9 short weeks from finding a new property to completing. If anything, we held up the application ourselves as we didn't want to pay for our search fees before getting the result of our home buyers on our second property. We were very pushed for time as the sellers wanted to move out ASAP and wanted to complete before they went on holiday. I let Nicole know about the short deadlines that the sellers wanted to meet and I could not believe, the same day she prepared our property report and popped it in the post to us. Everything went soo smoothly and fast, I couldn't believe it. I found her very easy to get hold of and communication was great. You honestly have a great member of staff in Nicole. Thanks so much for everything you did for us, an excellent service was received.

   This would be a 5 star if I got Eleanor Wilson from the start of my case. I contacted Chadwick with the purchase of my property and was assigned a person who will not be named and honestly it was like contacting a closed business - no response to emails, no calls answered. I was handed over to Eleanor and she couldn't have been more helpful. Very straight taking (no law nonesence that I can't understand) and clear and knows what she is doing. At the time (3 months ago) she was a trainee but she was more than capable. Thank you so much for all your help Eleanor! We're very happy in our new home!
