   The apartment was fine, the air conditioner wasn't working, one of the toilets was blocked, a bit noisy from the street but it's in the middle of Liverpool so it's to be expected. Only hand soap in one of the bathrooms but we had plenty of towels and spare pillows in the big wardrobe which was good. The sofa was a bit past its best as some of the seats were on crazy slopes when you sat on them.

   Absolutely dreadful company. DO NOT STAY HERE! Had to be moved buildings because of noise, fire alarm, no WiFi or heating. Second night in other building woken up at 0430am by a party above us and next to us. Had to check out early just to get away from the horrendous noise. Informed reception who apologised and said management will contact me, I have rang and sent 3 emails and completely ignored. Worst hotel experience EVER!

   Had a lovely time staying here last week!! Comfy bed and stunning apartment very modern!! Only thing I would say would be the deposit I had to put down which I never knew about when i booked the apartment it said I didn’t need to leave a deposit then once I got there they asked for £250 for a deposit which I think is a lot of money which I didn’t have on me. So bad to borrow off someone else. It should have been told before hand so I knew. But apart from that the staff was great and was a lovely experience

   After our hotel closing down unexpectedly and being diverted to the quaint apartments. We was welcomed by amazing staff, who have been beyond helpful and they accommodated us with one of their stunning apartments. Made my birthday weekend that started off stressful, a whole lot better! Would highly recommend :) xox

   LOVED staying here! Our apartment was really nice and spacious with a nice cosy feel! We stayed on a saturday evening and had drinks for a few hours at the bar, the staff were really attentive and gave us a good overview of the menu! (Cant remember the names of the drinks sorry but they tasted good! ) Thanks to Rob Grace & Toby who were working while we were there. We will definitely be back :)
