   Not half as bad as most of the reviews claim. Room was spacious, and comfortable, came with everything you'd need for a stay and was clean enough. Really ideal for groups of friends going out drinking. We didnt have to pay a £300 deposit thay never gets returned like some of the reviews claimed. But, the tv didnt work in the room, and a kitchen stool and one of the beds were broken. Although the rooms were decently clean, one wall in livingroom was dirty and had marks all over it, and we alsi found an alive centipede in one of the sofa beds. There was no Air con in the rooms but there were plenty of windows we could open. Finally, the manager/property had really bad communication. After reading the reviews i began to worry as many were claiming it was a a scam so i tried to call the number given on trip.com and google multiple times but it always said user not in service. I found this weird so i reached out to trip.com and explained the situation and they then retrieved an email and another phone number for the property, but the new phone number still said user not in service whenever i tried to call and the email address can't hve been genuine, because o tried to email multiple times and they never went through. After this i filed a complaint to trip.com because of a suspected scamming, and thats when the property owner finally gave her genuine phone number to trip.com to pass on to me. When i called the property manager she was kind and understanding and was then good with communication. I just dont get why it took so long and it was so complicated just to contact the property.

   Brilliant overnight stay with 10 friends enjoying a special celebration re- union. Perfect location with many famous bars and restaurants minutes from our doorstep. Several apartments available within these premises and we rented a very spacious and modern penthouse apartment on the top floor with balcony. All modern amenities included and with direct views of the Liverpool Liver Buildings which are beautifully lit at night.

   Absolutely shocking. Issues getting into the actual flat and waiting around for assistance while it was torrential rain wasn’t fun. Then when we finally got in we found the lock is actually broken. Leaving us feeling paranoid about security issues from the off. The whole flat itself was absolutely freezing, single glazed windows throughout. We tried with the central heating although nothing worked. The fact that my friend was given this apartment as a discount to a previous bad experience with the firm has just summed up my the company as a whole. One bad experience another. To top things off, my friend waited over a week for his deposit back to then chase them up himself to find out he had been accused of leaving a stain on one of the cushions. Which is absolutely ridiculous, we cleaned the apartment top to bottom and left it in a pristine state. We checked all the sofas behind them and under all beds and it was clean. The cheek of it all they didn’t even invoice him or show proof of this stain before forcing him to pay up. I would advise never booking with this company if you don’t want to risk getting ripped off by false accusations. Will never stay here again after our 2 experiences here.

   We booked our stay with house hotels for a friends birthday. Unfortunately for this friend, the night would turn out to be a birthday to forget. The instructions to find the apartment were poor and when we did eventually locate it, we were unpleasantly surprised by the presence of 6 other people asleep in the apartment we had booked and payed for. Further to this, there was vomit and urine in several of the beds & bathrooms. After several phone calls to the apartment rental company, they eventually concluded that their security team had let the other occupants into our apartment by accident and that they would send a cleaner to deal with the mess. We had no choice but to leave the apartment for a couple of hours while the mess was dealt with. A cleaner did arrive during this time and dealt with the mess, however, the security code for the key was not changed & the people who had been incorrectly staying in our apartment, managed to enter again and tried their best to return our apartment to its original abysmal state (urinating in the beds again). By this time we had understandably lost our patience and were unimpressed by the lack of action or remorse shown by the apartment rental company. They were unable to send out a cleaner again so we cleaned the apartment up ourselves and left as early as we could the next morning. We of course raised a formal complaint and after some time we were offered a free night at another apartment. We accepted this offer, thinking that we couldn’t possibly have such a poor experience for a 2nd time. The 2nd apartment was much cleaner than the 1st and the bedding appeared to be fresh, which was a welcome change. However, security was clearly still an issue as the lock to the front door was on the floor when we arrived. Fortunately, there were no break-ins this time, but we still finished our stay feeling robbed, this was because the rental company slapped us with a £100 fine for apparently leaving a stain on a cushion. The apartment was arguably in a better state when we left than it was when we arrived. I can whole heartedly say that I will never be booking another stay with this company, and I would strongly advise anyone else to look for an alternative (of which there are plenty in Liverpool). Since reading through other people reviews, it looks like this company have treated other guests in a similar manner.

   Excellent apartment in a fantastic location right in the centre of the city. Bars, restaurants and sight-seeing all within walking distance. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard. The furnishings were lovely and the beds were comfy too. Our group loved the apartment and we would definitely book again!
