   Tess is just amazing and the best at what she does! From start to finish she put us at ease and made the whole mortgage process smooth and straightforward. We didn't have a clue to begin with but Tess was always there and more than willing to answer any questions we had and reassure us about everything (I'm a massive overthinker and worrier). Nothing was too much trouble for Tess and she even sorted out our life and buildings insurance too. Very honest thoroughly knowledgeable and up to date with today's every changing market. Very approachable always been on hand to answer any questions we had .
