   There’s always an issue or cancellation every time I book an appointment for my foster children. I’m always having to chase admin staff for an update, continuously sending duplicates documents, as clearly they don’t read their emails properly. The admin staff appear very disorganised and very unprofessional. On the other hand, the solicitors are fantastic. Very efficient, well trained, competent and are very friendly.

   I booked a meeting with Bakshi two weeks ago for a post-nuptial agreement, but when the time came, they didn’t even show up! To make matters worse, when I called to find out what happened, they had no idea who I was. It was as if my appointment never existed. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with important legal matters. I wouldn’t trust them with any legal work after this experience. Highly disappointed and definitely would not recommend
