Worked with a guy called Mubarik, what a joke he is, took weeks and countless phone calls to the office and messages left for him to reply back. He messed up my case to the extent I got blamed for the accident even though it was not my fault. I lost my all my no claims and my excess and that’s not including my car repairs which I had to get done myself. He has no clue what he’s doing didn’t even read the paperwork for errors and just sent them to the other Insurace company. Horrible company people so stay away
I would like to say my experience with this company were very good. The customer service was excellent. I had nothing to worry about as they dealt with my every need, after my shocking accident.
