   I'm very happy with the service provided by Seraphus, especially by Alex Young who was always very personable, professional and reassuring when walking me through the steps we needed to take to complete my EUSS application. It was a bit of a complicated case and he always showed great knowledge and understanding of the matter and current state of EUSS regulations. He sent a cover letter and application form on my behalf which ended up being approved; I've now been granted Settled status. Thank you again!

   Without the assistance of Anna Hawkes at Seraphus, my Indefinite Leave to Remain would not have been reinstated. She has been beyond helpful, extremely professional, very patient and has dealt with me as though I was her only client, when I know that she is run off her feet. Her advice and attention to detail has meant that more information was submitted than was asked for and because of this I received my response in 1 week instead of the 6 weeks I was told I would have to wait for. There are many Immigration Advisory Service companies out there but I would highly recommend Seraphus - hands down. Thank you Anna and Seraphus at large.
