   I cannot praise or thank TRM enough (in particular Jaydn). We were previously with an awful network and whilst looking to switch we seen some great reviews for TRM and arranged a call with Jaydn who was a breath of fresh air. The daunting process of switching networks was made so simple and stress free throughout. Everyone we have dealt with has been so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and actually do what they say they will! Highly recommend.

   Recently joined as an AR, Kim helped me submit my Application and kept me updated with the progress with TRM. I have now been part of the Network for 6 weeks and have had plenty of communication and support. Any questions and queries about processes, compliance and social media have been answered and additional support provided. Acre and compliance process is a breath of fresh air from my previous Network which was 'over the top', awkward and not streamlined. TRM make Acre streamlined and user friendly, enabling me to understand where my clients are in their customer journey. Looking for a Network that supports you and a CRM system that works!    Have been with the network for about 1 year now. TRM are excellent, I've made a few changes to my business in that time, and the support I've had is fantastic. They also help and encourage your business to thrive. There are great opportunities and the commission rates are first class. The support I receive for all parts of my business is perhaps the biggest attribute. I'm confident I'll remain with the network for good.

   I've been with TRM for 6+ years both as a RI and currently an AR. I judge any organisation by looking at the top first. What is the ethos of the organisation. How are things dealt with if not right. How are all individual members considered and so on. I honestly say TRM is a first class organisation to work with. Some networks can be difficult, treating the self employed advisers as if they are employed. The worst of both! Not TRM who treat all members as individuals, with respect. In the same way we advisers looks after clients first which in turn leads to increased income to us, so does TRM look after their members first which in turn leads to increased income to the network. A great network and delighted to be part of.
