With completion happening so close to the holidays, the process could have easily been delayed, but they worked extremely hard to make sure everything was finalised on time. What we appreciated most was the effort they made right up until the last moment to ensure we received the keys to our new home on 19th December, before their offices closed. They kept us updated throughout, responded quickly to any questions, and made sure we understood what was happening at each stage. Their commitment and persistence really made a difference for us, and we’re very grateful for the support we received from start to finish.
