Used Mary for conveyancing. Sale and purchase. Early service (searches, etc) was ok but the further in we got the worse it got. Totally non existent customer service, no talking through the process, hurried telephone conversations where she couldn’t wait to get off the phone, us doing all the chasing and constantly being told we needed to speak to the estate agent, etc. and to cap it all she neglected to knock of the £500 we paid up front 6 months previously from our final bill.
